Disables echo cancellation / noise suppression and raises the Opus bitrate to 256k. Quality is per-sender — check this on the device SENDING the audio you care about. On speakerphone, echo/feedback is possible.
When enabled, each participant's mic audio is sent to the server for transcription. Peer audio stays E2E encrypted, but the transcript path is server-visible — it is NOT content-private.
